Care Assistant – Bank (Zero Hour Contract)

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Care Assistants to join our Bank team on a zero hour contract basis, providing support in our care home Cedarhurst Lodge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care with warmth and respect (bathing, dressing, feeding).

• Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence.

• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes.

• Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship
