About this role
As a Welder Fabricator Operative at Maxflow, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your day-to-day will involve manufacturing chassis and key product components with precision, utilising your expert fabricating and welding skills. You'll have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, including various welders like MIG and TIG, and occasionally operate CNC machinery such as our Mandrel tube bender, Press Brake, and Plasma Cutter.

What you will need
Required criteria
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physically fit with the stamina for lifting and moving heavy items.
- Accurate and meticulous in reading and following mechanical drawings.
- Previous experience and interest in electrical/mechanical machinery is essential.
- Strong communication, verbal, and numeracy skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills, machinery, and best practices.
Desired criteria
- Mechanically inclined with prior experience in a similar role and industry.
- Previous experience using CNC machinery such as a Plasma Cutter and Press Brake.
