In this vital role, you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for the young individuals in our residential centre.
Your primary focus will be to ensure comprehensive Care and Placement Plans are meticulously implemented and monitored, always advocating for the rights and responsibilities of each young person. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to be a positive influence and a source of stability for vulnerable youth. About this role
As a Social Care Worker, your day-to-day will be dynamic and deeply rewarding. You'll work directly with young people, providing support, guidance, and stability. You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated team of professionals, including therapists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to care for each resident.
This role offers significant growth opportunities, especially as our organisation expands with new centres. You'll develop advanced skills in crisis intervention, therapeutic communication, and care planning.
