Role and Responsibilities:
• To ensure that the security of the hotel is maintained overnight, conducting regular fire, health andsecurity checks
• To be available to attend to guests needs and ensure the highest standards of customer care at all times
• Prepare and serve night room service, ensuring the kitchen is clean and left as found
• Provide Bar service/Residents Bar to guests when required outside the regular opening hours
• Prepare lobby and pre-function area for opening; lights on, cushions and chairs in place, music atappropriate level
• Administration as required, to include printing reports and preparing and filing the guests registrationcards and filing room service dockets.
• To ensure front of house is kept presentable and free from litter
• To provide porterage service when required
About this role
Candidate Requirements:
One year's experience in a similar role would be ideal.
