About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, welcoming and professional service to all guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food, wines, cocktails and other beverages to the highest standard
Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials and beverage offerings
Ensure tables are presented and maintained to Floritz standards throughout service
Work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience
Handle guest queries and feedback in a friendly and professional manner
Assist with opening, closing and cleaning duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel or hospitality environment preferred
A passion for food, wine and exceptional guest service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and strong team player mentality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Professional appearance and presentation
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
A desire to learn and develop within a quality hospitality operation
What you will need

- Previous experience as a waiter in a high-end restaurant
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
