We are currently recruiting for experienced Waiting/Floor Staff to join our wine bar team at Cellar 22, located within Townhouse on the Green which is centrally located in the city centre and overlooking St Stephen's Green.
You will be working with our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service and providing an unforgettable wine bar experience for our guests. About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Provide warm, friendly and professional service to all guests.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food, wine and drinks to a high standard.
Develop knowledge of our wine list, menu offerings and daily specials.
Maintain a clean, organised and inviting dining environment.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
Assist with opening, closing and general operational duties as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant, wine bar or hospitality environment.
Wine knowledge is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
A genuine passion for great food, wine and guest service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
