The Role
Reporting to our Executive Head Chef, Head Chef and senior sous, you will require strong leadership capabilities . As a senior chef de partie you will be a professional, focused chef with a flare and passion for food presentation.
About this role
Ensuring consistency and high standards of food for our restaurant & bar and conference and banqueting.
Managing the operations of the kitchen in an organised, hygienic manner at all times ensuring the HACCP regulations are adhered to
Supporting Kitchen Team.
What you will need
Required criteria
- Candidate must have a minimum of three years experience as a chef
Desired criteria
- Previous experience as a sous chef
