About this role
Key Responsibilities
Welcome, greet, and seat guests with warmth and confidence
Support the team with table setup, clearing, and maintaining smooth service flow
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately — including cocktails
Deliver consistently high standards of service throughout every shift
Share local knowledge and offer personalised recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Keep the restaurant and bar areas clean, organised, and well‑stocked
Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture every day
What We’re Looking For
A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
A strong team player who genuinely cares about guest satisfaction
Previous hospitality or customer‑facing experience (essential)
Experience in food and beverage service (a bonus, but not required)
