About this role
What you’ll be doing
Supporting and mentoring care assistants in the community
Carrying out spot checks, supervisions and care reviews
Monitoring and improving care quality
Building relationships with clients and families
Participating in the on-call rota
Working pattern
Full-time- 2 week shift pattern working 5 days per week
Includes alternate weekends
8-hour shifts
On-call duties on a rota basis
Pay & benefits
Starting salary £30,000

What we’re looking for
Experience in domiciliary/home care (essential)
Currently a Senior Carer or ready to step up
Confident supporting and guiding other staff
Organised, calm and solutions-focused
Full UK driving licence
