ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a passionate and qualified Leisure Centre Attendant to deliver engaging, safe, and effective personal training for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Communicate effectively
Prepare and organize lesson plans and activities suitable for various age groups.
Promote a positive image of the resort leisure centre through professionalism and enthusiasm.
Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and attend relevant training sessions.
About this role
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant qualification.
Proven experience teaching classes (Pilates)
First Aid certification (desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, and adaptable
Skills & Attributes:
Passion for teaching
Ability to create a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Enthusiastic and reliable.
Additional Information:
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings preferred.
Willingness to undergo background checks and child protection training.
