Relief Support Worker (Bank)

Join Autism Together, one of the UK's leading charities dedicated to supporting people with Autism. For over 50 years, we have been providing exceptional services across the Wirral and NW Cheshire, helping individuals develop to their full potential and build brighter futures.

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Relief Support Workers to join our flexible bank team. In this rewarding role, you will make a tangible difference in the lives of the people we support, empowering them to live fulfilling lives. You will work across our diverse services, including complex care settings, assisting with everything from daily activities and personal care to leisure pursuits and appointments.

This position offers you the freedom to choose your own shifts, including daytime, evening, and waking night patterns. You'll receive full, paid, award-winning training to equip you with the skills needed to provide outstanding support. If you have recent UK healthcare experience and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dedicated team.

About this role

As a Relief Support Worker, your day-to-day will be dynamic and person-centred. You'll support individuals with a range of activities, from attending work or day services to enjoying leisure activities in the community.
