Role/ Responsibilities
To deliver consistent standards of excellence in all areas of Food & Beverage, including breakfast & lunch service
To meet, greet and serve our guests to Radisson Blu standards
To ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times
To deal with guests’ requests in an effective and timely manner
To upsell products and services of Harvey’s Point
Cleanliness of all areas, outside and inside
Maintain a positive attitude in all areas of the workplace
About this role
Candidate Requirements:
Must be available during weekdays and weekends
Previous experience is desirable but not essential
Available to work weekdays and weekends
Must perform well in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
