About this role
As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will uphold our 4-star standards, directly influencing guest satisfaction. Your day-to-day will involve:
Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation of hotel bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors.
Following daily checklists with meticulous attention to detail.
Promptly reporting maintenance issues and fulfilling guest requests.
Providing friendly, professional guest interactions and outstanding customer care.
Efficiently managing your tasks to meet daily room cleaning targets.
