To support the Food & Beverage team by keeping the bar, restaurant and guest areas clean, tidy and well presented.

Job Purpose
To support the Food & Beverage team by keeping the bar, restaurant and guest areas clean, tidy and well presented.
Glass Collector Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Collect and clear used glasses, bottles and tables.
· Return glassware safely to the designated area.
· Keep bar and guest areas clean and tidy.
· Assist with restocking glasses, ice and other supplies.
· Dispose of waste and bottles appropriately.
· Assist the Food & Beverage team during busy periods.
· Follow all hotel health, safety and hygiene procedures.
· Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
Requirements
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.
