Guild Care are looking for a Learning & Development Business Administration Apprentice to join our L&D team.
This role is part time and 21hours - hours can be flexible Mon-Fri.
A fantastic opportunity to gain practical workplace experience while studying towards a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.

About this role
In this role, you'll help ensure colleagues across Guild Care have access to high-quality training and development opportunities that support their success and career growth.
This role is based in office in Worthing. Part time and 21hours - hours can be flexible Mon-Fri.
As a Learning & Development Business Administration Apprentice, you will:
Support the coordination and administration of training courses, workshops and learning activities.
Assist with booking colleagues onto training sessions and maintaining attendance records.
Prepare training resources, workshop materials and learning packs.
Email inbox management.
Maintain accurate training and learner records.

Your Apprenticeship Journey
Alongside your day-to-day role, you will complete the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship, where you will:
Complete apprenticeship learning activities and assignments within agreed timescales.
Attend apprenticeship reviews and development sessions.
Maintain evidence for your apprenticeship portfolio.
Develop professional administrative, organisational and communication skills.
Demonstrate continuous learning and professional development.
Apply your apprenticeship learning directly within the workplace.
You will have
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Forms and Outlook.
Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
Desirable
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
Experience using Canva.
An interest in Learning & Development, training or people development.
