Responsible for overseeing the bar team, maintaining high service standards, supporting management, and ensuring customers have a positive experience. They successful candidate will lead by example, coordinate staff and help achieve sales and service targets.

About this role
Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager
Accounts Payable Key Duties and Responsibilities:
MAIN DUTIES
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and support bar staff during shifts
· Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
· Train new team members and support staff development
· Handle customer complaints professionally
· Monitor stock levels and report shortages
· Assist manager with stock ordering and inventory
· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
· Ensure cash handling procedures are followed
· Support the manager with daily operations
Leadership
· Delegate tasks to team members
· Ensure staff follow company policy
· Communicate issues / concerns to management
· Support bar staff
Skills & Requirements
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Teamwork and leadership skills
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
