We are seeking an exceptional Breakfast Manager to lead and elevate our breakfast experience within our luxury destination resort.

Role/Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the breakfast team, ensuring a positive and professional working environment.
Oversee daily breakfast service, ensuring smooth, efficient and attentive guest service.
Maintain exceptional service standards, creating a warm and memorable guest experience.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen, ensuring food is delivered efficiently and presented to a high standard.
Supervise breakfast setup and presentation, including buffet displays, replenishment and cleanliness.
Handle guest requests and feedback, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
Train, coach and develop team members, encouraging high standards and continuous improvement.
