About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Care Supervisor to join our growing care team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting care staff in the community.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our service users receive safe, effective, and person-centred care while supporting and developing our care team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct service user assessments, reviews, and risk assessments

  • Complete supervisions, spot checks, and competency assessments for care staff

  • Support with care planning and person-centred care delivery

  • Carry out quality assurance visits and ensure compliance with CQC standards

  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to care staff

  • Assist with staff inductions and mentoring

  • Identify and report safeguarding concerns in line with policy

  • Work closely with the office team to maintain care schedules and staffing levels

  • Promote high standards of care and continuous improvement

  • Flexibility is required, including participation in a one‑in‑four on‑call rota. On‑call hours are paid at an additional hourly rate and a rotation of earlies and lates shifts will be required.
