Are you an experienced leader in Health and Social Care with a passion for empowering young people? Join Crystal Care Solutions as a House Manager and take the lead in delivering safe, high-quality supported accommodation for young people aged 16–25.
Leading a care leaving provision in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023
Managing a team of support staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance and best practice
Delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing
Developing and implementing independence plans, safeguarding practices, and progression targets
Acting as a role model and mentor for both young people and team members
Coordinating shift planning, performance monitoring, team development, and budget management
Conducting audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance checks
About this role
What we are looking for
Essential:
· 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or management role
· 2+ years of experience in Health and Social Care, ideally with children and or young adults
· Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a safe and inclusive environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Confident in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Deep knowledge of safeguarding, supported accommodation regulations, and care frameworks
· Strong planning, delegation, and organisational abilities
· Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
· Full UK Driving Licence
· Willingness to complete relevant qualifications within required timescales
Desirable:
· Level 3 or 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or Management - ideally in Childrens Residential Care
· Financial planning experience or budget management responsibility
