Role and Responsibilities:
The key responsibility of this role is to ensure we consistently deliver the highest standard of customer care to all of our guests. Additional duties include:
Providing quality overnight service to all our guests
Night cleaning
Hotel security
Hotel reception duties including answering guest requests and telephone enquiries
Setting up Banqueting & Meeting rooms as required
Assisting in all other areas of the Hotel as required
About this role
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience ideally 2 years in a similar role
Ability to multi-task & prioritize
Excellent attention to detail is required
