We are seeking a dedicated Design Coordinator to become part of our growing UK delivery team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Design Manager on complex projects, typically ranging from £20m to over £100m. You will be involved from the pre-construction phase right through to design close-out, ensuring all design information is fully coordinated, compliant, and buildable.
Working closely with the wider Project Delivery Team, including Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, you will help deliver projects in line with the programme. About this role
As a Design Coordinator, your day-to-day will be dynamic and engaging. You'll be at the heart of complex construction projects, coordinating design information between consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams using leading platforms like Procore. You will assist with pre-construction activities, review tender information, identify risks, and help maintain the project's design programme and information release schedule.

What you will need
Required criteria
- A developing understanding of construction processes, design coordination, building regulations, planning conditions and project delivery.
- Ability to review drawings and technical information to identify discrepancies, missing information and coordination issues.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple actions, deadlines and workstreams in a fast-paced project environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
- High level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to document control, reporting and design coordination.
Desired criteria
- Experience using Procore or a similar document and project management platform.
