We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistants to support both children and adults with complex needs.
Available Role: Nottingham NG9
Client: You will be supporting male service users with complex needs, including spinal injuries, neurological conditions, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and mobility support.Shift Patterns: Days & Nights | Weekdays & Weekends Pay: £12.71 – £14.29 per hour (depending on package, shifts & availability)

About this role
Role-Specific Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of daily living, including personal care
Support with mobility, repositioning, and manual handling
Administer medication and support with clinical tasks (where trained)
Provide specialist care such as:
Tracheostomy care
PEG feeding & medication
Catheter care
Cough assist & suctioning
CPAP overnight support
Support clients with appointments and community access (driving where required)
Duties include:
Key Responsibilities (All Roles)
Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans
Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
Maintain accurate care documentation
Build trusting relationships with clients and families
Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For
✔ Caring nature and genuine desire to help others
✔ 6+ months care experience (essential)
✔ Knowledge of epilepsy & challenging behaviour (preferred)
✔ A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach
✔ Strong verbal and written English skills
✔ Ability to work both independently and within a team
✔ Basic IT skills for completing documentation
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
