Provide safe, compassionate, and structured care โค๏ธ
Support individuals with emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs ๐ง
Apply trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches ๐ค
Work collaboratively within a professional care team ๐ฅ

2๏ธโฃ Meet the Professional Requirements ๐
To work in this role, you must meet essential standards:
Hold a Level 7 (or higher) qualification in Social Care or a related field ๐
Be registered (or eligible for registration) with CORU โ
Have a full clean manual driving licence ๐
Be flexible, reliable, and eligible to work in Ireland ๐ฎ๐ช
๐ CORU registration is criticalโit ensures you:
Meet national professional standards ๐ก๏ธ
Are accountable to a code of practice ๐
Can work legally and confidently in the sector ๐ผ
