About this Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse to provide outstanding clinical care while supporting the day-to-day leadership of the nursing team. Working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing, you will lead by example, mentor colleagues, oversee the delivery of person-centered care, and ensure compliance with HIQA standards and nursing best practice.
Requirements
Active NMBI registration (Irish live register)
Previous experience in elderly care or a nursing home setting
Experience supervising or mentoring nursing and care staff
Strong knowledge of HIQA Standards and person-centered care
Excellent clinical assessment, communication, leadership, and IT skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

What you will need
Required criteria
- Registered on the Irish live register (NMBI). Must have active PIN.
- Experience of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.
Desired criteria
- Bachelor’s (preferred). 2 year Nursing experience
