About this role
About the role:
7.45am – 8pm, with a 1 hour paid break. Shifts available across Monday to Sunday
Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
Develop and implement personalised electronic care plans in collaboration with residents, families and the wider care team
Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld at all times
Ensure that the residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required
Contribute to the clinical governance within the care home
Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times
