The Quays Bar, Temple Bar is seeking an Experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join their busy, friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the General Manager and the rest of the team.
About this role
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the Irish hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
A hands on approach with the ability to work effectively in a busy service environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy trading periods
Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in the daily operation of a high volume city centre pub
Ensure consistently high standards of customer service are delivered at all times
Assist with staff training, development and performance management while creating a positive team culture
Ensure all health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations are fully adhered to
Support the delivery of sales targets, cost controls and overall business performance
