About Us
Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of lush green Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. Dunboyne Castle was acquired by Mr. Thomas Röggla in December 2022. The hotel joined his collection of luxury Irish hotels forming the TMR Hotel Collection, including Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Harvey’s Point, Mount Wolseley & Aghadoe Heights.

Role & Responsibilities
All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include:
To work closely with the wider management team to assist with the daily running of the Hotel, ensuring the delivery of excellent guest service from the Food & Beverage Department.
To assist within the Bar, Restaurant and Conference & Banqueting departments when they are busy.
Work with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to successfully execute daily operations.
To ensure any customer complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
To have full knowledge of the Hotel and all its departments.
Supervise the Bar, Restaurant and Conference & Banqueting operations and team daily.
To ensure that all our customers receive the highest quality of service.
Assist in the management, training, and development of all the F&B teams, ensuring objectives are regularly monitored and always achieved.
Take ownership of any performance management issues, ensuring they are always dealt with efficiently and professionally.
About this role
Requirements
Excellent leadership capabilities to effectively manage a large team.
Previous experience in a management position in a busy Food & Beverage department is essential, preferably in a Hotel.
The ability to work towards achieving financial goals and targets.
Proven ability to supervise bar, banqueting and restaurant operations with a proven track record of delivering guest satisfaction, employee retention and engagement.
Strong ability to work efficiently and deal with busy periods competently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills.

Salary Information
The advertised pay range represents the salary available for this role. Final starting salary will be determined within this range, based on relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and business requirements.

What you will need
