๐Ÿ› ๏ธ What You'll Be Doing:

As a Business Support, you'll provide essential administrative support across the locality and help ensure services run effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to teams and managers.

  • Managing incoming telephone calls, post and shared email inboxes.

  • Producing letters, reports, presentations and other documentation.

  • Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and databases.

  • Organising meetings, preparing papers and supporting minute-taking.

  • Ordering and monitoring stationery and office supplies.

  • Supporting financial administration, including invoices, petty cash and budget monitoring where required.

  • Providing a professional first point of contact for internal and external customers.

  • Advising colleagues on administrative procedures and supporting continuous improvement of processes.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to provide excellent support.
