We are welcoming individuals to our growing team supporting clients in their own homes throughout Alton, Bordon and surrounding rural communities. No previous experience is required to apply; we provide full paid induction training along with ongoing field support. We care about your travel times, which is why your local rounds are planned to ensure you stay within a 15-mile radius of our Alton branch location.
About this role

Guaranteed Contracts: Avoid zero-hour uncertainty with secure contracts of 10, 16, 25, or 35 hours per week.
Competitive Pay: Starting from £14.00 per hour, with salaries above the Living Wage Foundation.
Premium Rates: Rises to £15.50 per hour for all care delivered during evenings (7pm to 11pm Monday to Friday) and across the entire weekend.
Mileage Allowance: A dedicated 55p per mile mileage rate paid up to 10,000 miles per annum.
Qualifications: Paid induction and mandatory training, with fully funded Level 2 and Level 3 Health & Social Care qualifications available.

Referral Scheme
The Role
Visiting clients in their own homes, you will assist with:
Routine personal care and morning/evening settling
Safe medication support and administration prompting
Fresh meal preparation and hydration monitoring
Escorting to appointments and running local shopping errands
Providing vital social companionship and assisting with light household duties
What We Are Looking For

A full UK driving licence and access to a car suitable for rural community travel.
An Enhanced DBS check will be required and processed upon a successful job offer.
What you will need
Required criteria
- Must be able to travel within Alton, Bordon, and surrounding rural communities (within a 15-mile radius of the Alton branch).
- Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Must demonstrate a compassionate and caring nature.
- Must be willing to undergo and complete paid induction training.
