We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistants to support both children and adults with complex needs.

Available Role: Night Shifts in LE9

Client: Supporting a young boy at home with a tracheostomy, requiring comprehensive clinical and personal care support. This includes tracheostomy care and tube changes, home oxygen therapy, suctioning, nebuliser treatment, medication management, PEG feeding, incontinence care, and the management of challenging behavioursHours:  Night Shifts - 22:30 - 06:30Pay: £35.00 per hour

Duties include:

Key Responsibilities (All Roles)

  • Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans

  • Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities

  • Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing

  • Maintain accurate care documentation

  • Build trusting relationships with clients and families

  • Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies

What you will need

Required criteria

  • Minimum 6 months UK care experience
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills for documentation
  • Enhanced DBS required
  • Do you have a valid NMC pin

Desired criteria

  • Experience with children or complex needs preferred but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle preferred
