Are you a dynamic and service-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry? Lough Erne Resort, a prestigious 5-star luxury resort nestled in the heart of County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, is seeking a talented Concierge to join our team on a casual contract basis typically 2 days a week.

Work Pattern:

As Concierge, you would be expected to work as a flexible member of the team and you will be expected to work across all 3 shift patterns as follows:

  1. Early: 8am to 4:30pm

  2. Middle: 10am to 6:30p,

  3. Late: 3pm to 11:30pm

Job Summary:

As a Concierge at Lough Erne Resort, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk, assisting guests with inquiries, and providing personalised services that exceed their expectations. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for customer service will contribute to the overall success of the resort.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing a personalised and memorable arrival experience and assist with luggage.

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously, providing information about the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions.

- Offer recommendations for entertainment, and other activities, tailoring suggestions to suit individual preferences based on the local area.

- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests, including airport transfers and local transportation.

- Handle guest requests and concerns, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of resort amenities, events, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.

- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and equipment is functioning properly.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and smooth guest transitions.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Contract Details:

- The position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Please note a full UK driving licence is required for this role as use of the Resort car may be required depending on guest needs.
