Your Role
Build positive, respectful relationships with children and young people.
Support care plans, development goals, and emotional well-being.
Promote safeguarding, routines, and behavioural boundaries.
Engage young people in education, recreation, and daily life skills.
Act as a key worker and lead shifts where appropriate.
Maintain records and liaise with families and external professionals.
Salary Subject to Experience/Qualifications and sleep in payments - overtime available

Ability to build positive relationships with young people and colleagues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Competent in Microsoft Office (or willing to learn).
Positive role model with integrity and professionalism.
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and sleep-ins.
Full UK driving licence.
Commitment to ongoing development.
Desirable:
Experience working with children or vulnerable people.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Knowledge of child development, trauma, and safeguarding.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
