Location: Stowmarket HubHours: 35 Hours per Week

We have an exciting opportunity for an existing colleague to join our Stowmarket Hub team as a Support Worker.

This is a rewarding role where you will support people to live the life they choose, promoting independence, wellbeing, choice and inclusion. Working alongside colleagues, families and professionals, you will help people achieve their goals, develop skills and participate fully within their local communities.

About this role

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing safe, person-centred support tailored to individual needs.

  • Supporting people to develop independence and achieve personal outcomes.

  • Encouraging participation in community, leisure, education, volunteering and employment opportunities.

  • Building positive relationships with the people we support, families and professionals.

  • Maintaining accurate records and using Care Control effectively.

  • Supporting with personal care, medication and daily living activities where required.

  • Contributing to a positive, supportive and values-led team environment.
