Finance Administrator
We are looking for a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join our Head Office team.
As an Finance Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include general administration, data entry, maintaining accurate records, document management, and supporting a range of business functions.
The role also requires experience in accounts and payroll administration, ideally using Sage accounting and Payroll, including processing invoices, assisting with payroll, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will work closely with the Finance and Payroll teams while using systems such as People Planner and Sage to support the efficient delivery of our services.
Working 40 hours per week.

About this role
Key Responsibilities - Your work will help ensure that:
Client records are accurate and up to date from onboarding through to live service delivery
Invoicing and billing processes are completed correctly and issued in a timely manner
Payroll data is checked and prepared accurately to support monthly payroll runs
Employee and client information is consistently maintained across systems
Operational data (such as planned vs actual activity) is monitored and kept accurate for reporting
Credit control and Direct Debit processes are supported through basic administration tasks
Utility and finance-related data is recorded and checked to support management accounts
You will also support regular data quality checks, help identify and escalate discrepancies, and contribute to maintaining high standards of accuracy across all administrative processes.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will learn to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and develop strong attention to detail, while being fully supported through your apprenticeship journey.
