Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver a range of professional spa treatments to the highest standards, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
Promote spa treatments and retail products to meet sales targets and encourage repeat business.
Maintain treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and spa facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Assist with guest enquiries, bookings, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery.
About this role
Qualified Spa Therapist with a passion for health, wellness, and customer care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong focus on guest satisfaction and attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
