We want you to be part of our excellent team as a key point of contact with customers.
We are a looking for a talented, pro-active, motivated administrator looking to broaden skills and knowledge within the motor industry. This will be a varied role for the successful candidate, working in a company where employees are the heart and soul of the business delivering the highest level of customer service to all our customers. About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Champion an outstanding customer service experience across our service and parts departments.
- Efficiently manage vehicle bookings and coordinate courtesy car arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with our workshop team, ensuring all job card requirements are met.
- Oversee the precise ordering and inventory management of parts stock from manufacturers, ensuring availability for technicians.
- Return warranty parts in strict accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Actively promote and sell our range of products and services to customers.
What You'll Bring

- Excellent organisational and communication skills, vital for customer and team interactions.

- At least one year of experience within the motor industry, with relevant role experience preferred.
- IT proficiency and a full, valid UK driving licence are essential.
- Franchise motor trade experience is desirable, though not essential.

Desired criteria
- Relevant Franchise motor trade experience
- Previous experience within the motor industry for minimum 1 year
