We are looking for a pro-active and positive bank Domestic / Laundry Assistant to join our family.

About this role
Shifts from 8am - 4pm
This is a bank position, providing flexible cover during periods of annual leave, sickness and other staff absences, helping to ensure the service remains fully supported
Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents, families and visitors
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the care home’s services
Schedule and coordinate appointments, tours and meetings
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting and data entry
Liaise with staff across all departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the home
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or unusual situations

What you will need
Required criteria
- Ability to work in a team, a caring nature and a positive attitude
- An understanding of Health and Safety, Infection Control and COSHH
