What You'll Do
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct sourcing techniques.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across a range of roles.
Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments.
Coordinate interviews and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and career events.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies using market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent insights.
Market Intelligence & Talent Insights
Research labour market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
Monitor competitor activity and identify new sourcing opportunities.
Provide recruitment insights and recommendations to support workforce planning.
Help strengthen candidate attraction and employer branding strategies.
Compliance & Employee File Management
Conduct audits of recruitment and employee files to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor documentation including Garda Vetting, Driving Licences, Employment Permits, and Irish Residence Permits (IRP).
Track renewal dates and proactively manage compliance requirements.
Prepare audit reports, compliance trackers, and exception reporting.
Support inspection readiness and continuous improvement of compliance processes.
Reporting & ATS Administration
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Produce recruitment, sourcing, and compliance reports.
Support process improvements and data quality initiatives.
About this role
What We're Looking For
Essential
2-3 years' experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related field.
Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search methods.
Strong experience building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates.
Experience using an ATS and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
Knowledge of compliance administration, employee documentation management, or audit processes.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment and compliance data.
Desirable
Experience within social care, healthcare, childcare, or another regulated environment.
Knowledge of Tusla standards, safer recruitment practices, Garda Vetting, Employment Permits, IRP requirements, and driving licence compliance.
Understanding of Irish labour market trends and recruitment practices.
Qualification in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related discipline.
