Product Marketing Manager
π Belfast (Hybrid) | π° Competitive salary + benefits
TeamFeePay (TFP) is one of the biggest grassroots football club management platforms in the UK. We support over 2,000 football clubs and 250,000+ coaches, players, parents and guardians on the platform, and weβre now expanding into Italy, Spain and the rest of Europe.
Weβre a scale-up growing rapidly, and marketing is core to that growth.
β About our Marketing Team
We're organised into three squads: Pitchside Experience, Clubhouse Experience and Platform. This role sits in Clubhouse, Pitchside & Platform: you'll partner across all three squads, plus our Product, Sales and Customer Success teams, to make sure TFP's value proposition is clearly communicated and consistently delivered across campaigns and channels.
π Your day-to-day
β’ Own product messaging and positioning: turn what we build into language that lands with each audience, testing it against real customer language from sales calls, support tickets and user interviews.
β’ Plan and run go-to-market activity for new features and launches: decide what needs to exist (landing pages, one-pagers, demo scripts), who needs to know before it ships, and how the rollout is sequenced.
β’ Get in front of customers directly: sit in on sales calls, run or review win/loss interviews, and turn what you hear into something Product and leadership can act on.
β’ Build and maintain sales enablement materials and objection-handling guides, and train the Sales team on how to use them.
β’ Sit in on product roadmap reviews and weigh in on naming and packaging decisions, translating what Engineering ships into why it matters to the market.
β’ Track adoption metrics and campaign performance after every launch, and use that data, not gut feel, to argue for what we double down on next.
π You should apply if
β’ you have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or
equivalent experience)
β’ you have strong experience in product marketing, campaign marketing, or a similar role, including supporting GTM campaigns and product launches
β’ you're comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Sales and Digital
β’ you have strong written communication and copywriting skills
β’ you have an analytical mindset, with experience tracking campaign performance and reporting on KPIs
β’ you're proactive and organised, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Desirable, not essential: experience in a tech or SaaS business environment, and fluency in Italian, Spanish or German is a plus given our expansion into Europe.
π οΈ What you'll be working on
You'll work across the following channels and teams:
β’ Competitive analysis and roadmap definition with product managers
β’ Buyer persona and product positioning documentation shared across the business
β’ GTM strategy in new European markets
β’ Digital, email, content, PR, events and partner channels for integrated campaigns
β’ Close collaboration with the Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success teams across Clubhouse, Pitchside and Platform
β’ Campaign performance data and KPI reporting to guide messaging and positioning
decisions
