Essential Requirements for this role:
A qualification at degree level 7+ on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Social Care Practise or equivalent
Complete or on-going registration application with CORU as a Social Care Worker

Key responsibilities include:
- Actively promoting the rights and responsibilities of every service user within the service.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive Care and Placement Plans.
- Advocating for and promoting the physical, emotional, social, educational, and religious welfare of each individual.
- Collaborating effectively with family members and other professionals when required.
- Ensuring diligent adherence to all organisational policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and preparing insightful reports.
To thrive in this position, you will demonstrate exceptional teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to take initiative. You must possess ongoing or complete registration as a Social Care Worker with CORU and hold valid work permissions. A current full clean driver’s licence is desirable for this role.
