Final Assembly Fitter
Reports to: Production Manager
Main purpose of the job.
Fit together purchased and painted parts to build pre-assemblies and full machines
About this role
Key duties and responsibilities
Responsible for the assembly of fabricated & purchased parts as part of the manufacturing process with focus on safety, quality cost and delivery
Assemble the product in line with Assembly drawings/models
Moving between several operations as and when required to suit the business needs
Responsible for the cleanliness of assemblies, work station and general working area
Breaking down of full machines suitable to containerise
Ensure work is completed to the ISO9001 Quality Standard.
Responsible for complying with the H&S policies and procedures
