An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the resort, on a full time basis. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, and supervising a small team, the successful Housekeeping Supervisor candidate will have a flexible approach to work and will perform a variety of cleaning tasks across the resort, including bedrooms and the leisure club as well as all public and back of house areas, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained. Candidates will work well under pressure to ensure tasks are completed on time with a commitment to providing the best customer experience at all times.
This role will mainly focus on our club and spa facilities with shifts starting at 5am but will also include hotel responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities Housekeeping Supervisor:
To be responsible for cleanliness throughout the hotel, Club, Spa and restaurant
Ensure that cleaning is maintained to the company standards.
Record and bring to the attention of Manager/Deputy Manager any maintenance issues found.
Ensure that cleaning is maintained to the company standards.

Shifts will also be required within our hotel
Working quickly and efficiently alongside the team to ensure guest rooms are ready on time, ready for arrivals.
Once allocated rooms are completed, check arrivals rooms, ensuring all requests are met on your allocated floor, call back any team members to rectify any problems found.
Ensure that all rooms are allocated to team members and put on room request.
Checking rooms to ensure that standards are adhered to.
Manage staff start and end times using the Fourth rota system.
Deal with staff queries and escalate them to the Housekeeping Manager if necessary.
Step-in as and when required/able to, to cover emergencies, sickness and other staff shortages.
The hotel and various other departments need to be covered from 5am to 8pm daily, as a member of the supervisory team you would be required to assist with covering shifts in other areas.
General admin and daily inventory count for linen.
Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, Health & Safety and Fire Safety, including any department specific procedures such as left luggage policy.
