Hold a FETAC Level 5 qualification in Care of the Elderly (preferred)
Have Manual Handling and Patient Moving training
Bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar care role (preferred)

About this role
What You'll Do
As a Relief Health Care Assistant, you’ll support our team during busy periods, absences, or holidays, ensuring continuity of care and the highest standard of support for our residents.
In this role, you will:
Follow personalised care plans that promote independence and dignity
Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, mobility, and meals
Create a warm, homely environment that responds to individual needs
Collaborate with nurses and fellow carers to deliver holistic care
Help residents feel seen, heard, and supported in meaningful ways

What you will need
Desired criteria
- Hold a FETAC Level 5 qualification in Care of the Elderly.
