About the role
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who thrives on turning data into insight and enjoys improving systems and processes.
This is more than a reporting role; you’ll be involved in dashboards, systems implementation, project delivery, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with teams across the network, helping them use data effectively and confidently.
As part of our Franchise Support Centre team, you’ll play a key role in helping both new and established offices deliver outstanding care through smarter use of data and systems.
What you’ll be doing
Building & implementing Power BI systems at Caremark Limited and across our network.
Creating engaging, easy to use Power BI dashboards and reports for our Franchise Support Centre and Franchise Owners.
Analysing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
Gathering technical and user requirements and translating them into solutions
Leading and supporting systems implementation projects
Maintaining and improving existing systems and reporting processes
Supporting stakeholders with clear, actionable data insights
Taking a solutions-oriented approach to challenges
Continuously improving how data is used across the business
What we’re looking for
Proven experience launching Power BI in organisations
Experience in systems implementation and ongoing system maintenance
Strong project management skills
Ability to gather and translate technical and user requirements
Confident working with, analysing, and presenting data
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
