Nights Registered Nurse

About the Role

• Deliver person‑centred nursing care overnight

• Guide and coordinate the night team to ensure smooth, consistent care

• Support residents live with dignity, comfort, and respect

• Communicate effectively with families and external professionals

• Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory standards

• Take responsibility for the overall running of the home during night shifts

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN) - registered with the NMC

• Calm, confident, and compassionate approach

• Strong communication skills and the ability to oversee others

• Previous experience in a role involving team coordination or supervision

• A commitment to delivering exceptional person‑centred care

• Someone who thrives when entrusted with responsibility
