To support the installation phase of our global projects.
About this role
Working as a member of the operations team to constantly strive for continuous improvements through improving processes and product development.
Provide detailed reports from site visits back to operations team to record progress and recommend future improvements.
Ensure snags are captured and followed up during project installation.
Provide support / information to supervisor enabling completion of mechanical completion checklists.
Manage your own workload to ensure most efficient use of time.
Be committed to the objective of Zero lost time injuries.
Participate in Root Cause, Corrective Action, investigations for any site safety/ quality event.
Support supervisor on maintenance and upkeep of company vehicle's, tools, equipment & assets.
To meet agreed production/ installation targets according to customer demands.
Adhere to CDE’s HR and H&S policies.
Any other ad hoc duties that may be required.
What you will need
Required criteria
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
- Have completed an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control large engineering projects
- The ability to communicate effectively in writing, orally, and through presentations
