Care Assistant – Regional Bank (Zero Hour Contract)Locations Covered: Belfast, Donaghadee, Larne & Whitehead (Northern Ireland)

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Care Assistants to join our Regional Bank team on a zero hour contract basis, providing support across our care homes.

As a member of our Regional Bank team, you will have the flexibility to work across multiple locations, supporting our care homes and helping us deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care with warmth and respect (bathing, dressing, feeding).

• Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence.

• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes.

• Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship

What we’re looking for:

• A caring and compassionate approach with a genuine desire to support others

• Flexibility to work across our care home locations

• A valid driving licence or the ability to travel independently between sites (required)
