We are currently looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our growing team supporting clients in their own homes across Aldershot, Ash, and Farnham. No experience? No problem. Full paid mandatory training is provided from day one, along with ongoing mentor support. To minimise your travel time, we ensure your daily care rounds are kept within a 15-mile radius of our Aldershot branch.

The Role
You will support local clients in their own homes with:
Personal care, hygiene, and dressing routines
Medication support and prompting
Meal preparation and nutrition
Shopping, community visits, and appointments
Companionship, conversation, and light household duties
What We Are Looking For
A naturally caring and compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
Total reliability, professional standards, and an adaptive mindset.
A full UK driving licence and everyday access to a vehicle insured for business use.
An Enhanced DBS check will be required and processed upon a successful job offer.
