About this role

What does a Support Worker do?

Put simply, you help someone live the life they want.

Some days that's cooking together, sorting the weekly shop, or getting out into the local community. Other days it's helping someone reach a goal they've been dreaming about for years. The heart of it is the relationship - getting to know someone and supporting them in a way that's truly theirs, so they have real choice and control over their own life.

We'll give you a full, paid induction and a great team around you. What matters is being kind, patient, and bringing a sense of fun.

Our approach is person-centred and built on a simple belief: where others see problems, we see possibilities. Join us and you become part of that.

The Main Responsibilities center around:

  • Providing Person Centred Support

  • Supporting People to Develop and Maintain Key Skills in relation to Housing Support

  • Supporting Independence, Social and Communication Skills
