About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and confident Entertainment Supervisor to lead our entertainment team at Talacre Beach Resort.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous entertainment experience who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, leading by example and delivering a high-quality entertainment programme for guests of all ages.
As Entertainment Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the entertainment offering, supporting and motivating the entertainment team while ensuring activities and events are delivered to the highest standard. You will be hands-on in hosting activities, engaging with guests and ensuring a fun, safe and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort.
This is a fixed-term position working a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons and evenings, as well as weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operation of the entertainment programme.
Lead, support and motivate the entertainment team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Plan and deliver a varied programme of daytime and evening entertainment for guests of all ages.
Host activities including quizzes, games, sports sessions, children's entertainment and family events.
Present or assist with evening entertainment, themed events and live shows.
Ensure entertainment venues and equipment are prepared, maintained and presented to a high standard.
Encourage guest participation and create a fun, engaging atmosphere throughout the resort.
Ensure all activities are delivered safely and in line with company policies and Health & Safety procedures.
Liaise with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Support the recruitment, training and development of the entertainment team where required.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation and customer service at all times.
What We're Looking For
Previous entertainment experience is essential, ideally within the holiday park, leisure or hospitality industry.
Previous supervisory or team leader experience is desirable.
A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience engaging with guests of all ages.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
The ability to motivate a team and lead by example.
A positive, proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons and evenings, including weekends and bank holidays.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About this role
Additional Information
This is a fixed-term, full-time position and flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business. The role involves working a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
As this is a hands-on supervisory role, you will be expected to remain visible throughout the guest experience, assist with setting up entertainment equipment where required and maintain high energy levels throughout your shift.
